We love the moon! 

So we also like to adjust our yoga practice according to the phases of the moon.  On full and new moons we observe a rest (similar to Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition) from our normal schedule. 

On those days we propose an evening practice of Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation), restorative postures, pranayamas and meditation.  Each Chandra Namaskar class will be unique, tuned with any festival themes of the particular day and places.
